A suspect, determined to be 17 years old, who made a criminal post on social media in Antalya with the phrase 'After 12, we are the state in Antalya', has been detained. The suspect, referred to the courthouse on charges of 'inciting the public to hatred and hostility', was released under judicial supervision.
An investigation was launched by the Antalya Chief Public Prosecutor's Office regarding a social media post containing the statement, "After 12, we are the state in Antalya."
TAKEN INTO CUSTODY
In this context, it was determined that the person who made the post was 17-year-old E.K. Acting on this, teams from the Antalya Provincial Police Department's Juvenile Branch took the suspect into custody.
RELEASED UNDER JUDICIAL CONTROL
After processing at the police station, E.K. was referred to the courthouse on charges of "inciting the public to hatred and hostility" and was released by the judge under the condition of judicial control.
