A SHOPKEEPER RUSHED TO HELP BUT COULD NOT MAKE IT IN TIME

Shopkeeper Ekrem Balcıoğlu said, "When I heard the sounds, I went outside. One person was lying on the ground. They had argued, and then the suspect had pulled a knife. 'Are you threatening me with a knife?' the friend who died had said. A sad incident happened in a moment of anger. He was injured in the calf and blood was flowing. It had flowed quite a lot; we took a towel, applied pressure, and tried to help, but we couldn't succeed. Then ambulance and police teams arrived, but the injured person had lost a lot of blood. We received news that he died; he was a butcher, a fellow tradesman of ours here. Of course, I was saddened," he said.
