Çağan Hasırcı (16), who lives in the Beyşehir district of Konya, told his mother Selda Hasırcı that he wanted to buy a phone. He then went to the workplace of Özgür Sarnıç (40), who sells phones, and stated that he wanted to buy 2 latest model phones worth a total of 225 thousand lira. Hasırcı agreed with Sarnıç that he could purchase the two phones by trading in a light commercial vehicle registered in his mother's name. After that, he went to the notary with his mother and completed the transfer procedures to Sarnıç before receiving the 2 mobile phones.
Stating that he acquired the phone of his dreams through a trade, Hasırcı said, "I realized my dream phone thanks to my brother Özgür, by making such a trade together. I thank my brother Özgür for making my dream come true."
