THEY EXPLAINED THE OUTRAGE COMMITTED BY THEIR BROTHER-IN-LAW
Within the scope of the investigation initiated upon a complaint to the Kütahya Provincial Police Department's Child Branch, statements from the two minor victims were taken at the Child Monitoring Center (ÇİM). After the children stated that their brother-in-law, T.C., had sexually abused them, the case was referred to the Morals Bureau teams.
ARRESTED
As a result of comprehensive and meticulous work carried out by the Morals Bureau teams, the suspect was quickly captured and taken into custody. Following police procedures, T.C. was referred to the courthouse and arrested by the court on charges of "Sexual Abuse of a Child," and was sent to a penal institution.
FINALIZED PRISON SENTENCE OF 25 YEARS
Upon investigation, it was determined that the suspect was wanted with a total finalized prison sentence of 25 years and 4 months for the crimes of "Drug or Stimulant Substance Trafficking," "Sexual Abuse of a Child," and "Escape of a Convict or Detainee." Additionally, it was learned that he had a criminal record for "Drug Trafficking," "Escape of a Convict or Detainee," "Possessing or Using Drugs or Stimulants for Personal Use," "Intentional Injury," "Theft," and "Sexual Abuse of a Child."
HE WAS TAKEN INTO CUSTODY FOR HARASSMENT ALLEGATIONS 3 WEEKS AGO
It was stated that the suspect, T.C., had also been taken into custody approximately three weeks ago on allegations of verbally and physically harassing two women on a public bus in Kütahya, and was released by the court after police procedures with judicial control and a ban on leaving the country.
The suspect, recaptured within the scope of the new investigation conducted in line with the children's statements, was arrested this time and sent to prison.
