The investigation into the massacre of eight-year-old Narin Güran in Tavşantepe Village, Diyarbakır, is ongoing. Narin's lifeless body was found and buried in the village where she was killed a few days after her funeral prayer was held in a neighboring village. NEW DETAILS EMERGEDMeanwhile, new details have emerged in the investigation of Narin Güran's murder. Narin was last seen on August 21st at 15:15 while returning home, as captured by the school's security camera footage. While search operations by land and air continue, on the 19th day, the lifeless body of 8-year-old Narin was found in a sack covered with stones and hidden among bushes in Eğertatmaz Stream, which is close to the neighborhood. BETWEEN 15:40 AND 16:30After the discovery of Narin's body, the teams re-examined the road leading to the stream and all the camera recordings in the area. From the frame-by-frame examination of the camera footage, it was determined that a red car was parked on the path leading to Eğertutmaz Stream on August 21st, the day Narin was reported missing, between 15:40 and 16:30 for 50 minutes. The teams located the red car whose license plate they identified and reached the driver, plasterer Nevzat Bahtiyar. During the interrogation, Bahtiyar confessed how he took Narin's lifeless body from the uncle and buried her in the stream. Nevzat Bahtiyar, who was referred to the prosecutor's office, is still being questioned. Nevzat Bahtiyar, who was sent to the courthouse yesterday, was arrested for the crime of 'intentional killing in complicity with a child'. PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE OPENED 'TÜLİN' FILEThe prosecutors of Narin's case also opened the file regarding the death of Tülin Güran, the disabled sister who was previously reported to have passed away. The prosecutor's office wrote a letter to Diyarbakır Children's Hospital requesting all information, documents, and files related to Tülin Güran's death.
