The Minister of Health, Kemal Memişoğlu, is at the center of discussions with his remarks about family structure. Memişoğlu stated, "I believe that family structure is very important. The foundation of a society is formed by the family. If you do not have children, you cannot be a family; you are just a couple."
Health Minister Kemal Memişoğlu ignited a new debate during a program he attended on HaberTürk screens.
Sharing his views on family structure during the program, Memişoğlu stated that the foundation of the family concept is the child, saying, "I believe that the family structure is very important. The foundation of a society is the family. If you don't have a child, you are just a couple, you cannot be a family."
"SIBLINGS ARE VERY VALUABLE"
Speaking about the number of children, Memişoğlu said, "Being a sibling is the cornerstone of the family. People are working, generally settling for one child. But a sibling is a very valuable thing. We are also two siblings."
