“PARS SHOULD NOT HAVE GONE, BUT HE DID”

Answering Ahmet Mümtaz Taylan’s question, “If you went back to the home where you grew up as you are today and met little Ebru, what would you want to change?”, Ebru Şallı said, “Is there anything I could change? I wish Pars hadn't gone,” and burst into tears.

Şallı concluded her words by saying, “Sometimes I ask myself, ‘Why did he go?’ But then I say to myself that he did not want to make people suffer. That also upsets me very much. Because I remember how well he treated the people in the hospital. He should not have gone, but he did.”
