Hakan Bilal Kutlualp, who announced his candidacy for the presidency of Fenerbahçe, responded to the question, "If Aziz Yıldırım runs for president, will you withdraw your candidacy?" In his statement, Kutlualp said, "I have no intention of withdrawing. When I embarked on this journey, I didn't ask anyone. However, I will not go against the demands of the community. I will talk to everyone for the sake of Fenerbahçe."
Fenerbahçe, which finished second in the Super League, saw President Ali Koç being protested and called to resign by a march organized by fan groups. Hakan Bilal Kutlualp, who announced his candidacy for the presidency of the Yellow-Navy Blues, also participated in the march where Koç was called to resign.

Hakan Bilal Kutlualp responded to a question about whether he would withdraw his candidacy if Aziz Yıldırım entered the election, saying, "I have no intention of withdrawing from the presidency. When I started this journey, I didn't ask anyone."
Continuing his remarks, Kutlualp stated, "If the community tells me 'You will be a cashier', I can work as a cashier at Fenerium and sell Fenerbahçe jerseys."

Kutlualp expressed that he could talk to everyone, including Aziz Yıldırım, Ali Koç, and anyone who calls him, saying, "I have had no contact with Ali Koç. He is the president of Fenerbahçe; if he says 'come', wouldn't I go? I respect the Fenerbahçe institution. I will talk to everyone for Fenerbahçe. I will express my opinions; just because someone called me doesn't mean I have to do what they say. I will talk to everyone and explain their mistakes and truths."
