An 86-year-old woman who fell and injured her wrist after being hit by a car while trying to cross the road in the Gemlik district of Bursa received first aid from traffic police officer Ergün Kabakçı. Kabakçı stayed by the elderly woman's side and did not leave her hand until the ambulance arrived.

Sevgi Oral (86), who wanted to cross the road at the entrance of Eskipazar Street in the Gemlik district of Bursa, fell to the ground and injured her right wrist as a result of being hit by a car.

DID DRESSING, NEVER LET GO OF HER HAND

Upon notification, police and medical teams were dispatched to the accident site. Traffic police Ergün Kabakçı, who arrived at the scene before the ambulance, helped Oral, whom he lifted from the ground, sit on a chair requested from nearby shopkeepers and applied a dressing to her bleeding hand. The police officer held Oral's hand and calmed her down by talking until the ambulance arrived.

TRANSPORTED TO HOSPITAL

Sevgi Oral was transported to Gemlik State Hospital by the arriving medical ambulance. It was learned that Oral's health condition was good after being treated.
