A fire broke out for an unknown reason in a truck at the Çatalca Nakkaş location on the Northern Marmara Highway. While the flames also spread to agricultural land, numerous fire brigade teams were dispatched to the scene. UPON NOTICING THE FLAMES, HE PULLED THE TRUCK TO THE ROADSIDE AND NOTIFIED THE FIRE DEPARTMENT
A fire broke out in a moving truck for a reason not yet determined at the Catalca Nakkas location on the Northern Marmara Highway. The truck driver, noticing the flames, pulled the vehicle to the roadside and notified the fire department.
FLAMES SPREAD TO AGRICULTURAL LAND
While numerous firefighting teams were dispatched to the scene, the flames engulfing the truck spread to agricultural land. As the truck and the flames that spread to the field were brought under control, the large truck was reduced to ashes.
As the fire was brought under control, photographs taken at the scene revealed the magnitude of the disaster.
