While the search efforts continue for 16-year-old Sude Solak, who left home on December 27, 2025, saying "I am going to the market" and has not been heard from since, her mother Selcan Solak's cries have broken hearts. The grieving mother, who wants her daughter to be found as soon as possible, called out in tears, "A message is enough, just say 'I am fine,' I don't want anything else."
On December 27, 2025, Sude Solak left her home saying, "I'm going to the market," and never returned. Her family, who had not heard from their daughter for a long time, went to the police station to file a missing person report. After the report, police teams began working to find the young girl, while the family has been waiting for good news for days.
SHE HAS GONE MISSING BEFORE
Selcan Solak, the mother, explained that her daughter had gone missing several times before but was found quickly. She said this time the prolonged absence has frightened them. The grieving mother stated, "She has been missing since December 27. She had gone missing a few times before. The first time she was found in two days, the second time in four days, and the third time after five or six days. She would usually be found around Merinos Park, Gökdere National Park, Nilüfer, Beşevler, and Mesken. But this time it has taken much longer. She doesn't say anything, we can't get a single word out of her. This time it has dragged on, I am worried about her life. I want her to come home as soon as possible. We miss our daughter so much. If a single strand of her hair is harmed, I would destroy the world for her," she said.
"I SLEEP LOOKING AT HER CLOTHES"
Selcan Solak, who said she couldn't sleep at night in her daughter's absence, stated, "I sleep as if I am hugging my daughter, looking at her clothes. Every night I take one of her t-shirts and hug it, trying to get used to the idea that she is next to me. If she is in trouble, I don't know if someone is doing something to her. I hope she sends a clue so we can find her as soon as possible, safe and sound," she said, unable to hold back her tears.
A HEARTWRENCHING CALL FROM A MOTHER TO HER DAUGHTER
The grieving mother also called out to her daughter and those who might have seen her, saying, "My daughter, please, my only wish is for you to come home as soon as possible. We miss you so much. A message is enough, just say 'I am fine.' I don't know where you have been for more than a month, where you are staying. Did you stay in a dorm, on the street, or in a park? We can't sleep at night. May God give conscience to whoever she is with. Please send us a message, tell the police, or send a text. We want to hear good news," she said. - BURSA
