OMODA has entered the Turkish market with the OMODA 5 and OMODA 7 models. As the official launch process begins with vehicles arriving from China, the brand will pursue a dual-brand strategy in Turkey alongside JAECOO.
While the rise of Chinese brands continues in the Turkish automotive market, Chery's OMODA, positioned as a separate brand for Europe, has also entered Turkey. The OMODA 5 and OMODA 7 models have been loaded onto a ship from China's Wuhu Port and are on their way to Turkey. With the organized shipment ceremony, the official launch process of OMODA in Turkey has also officially begun.
This step also marks a new era for the JAECOO brand, which has been operating in Turkey for over a year. In the upcoming period, OMODA and JAECOO will continue their activities in the Turkish market with a dual-brand integrated strategy.
OMODA 7 WITH SLIDING SCREEN DRAWS ATTENTION
Among the models heading to Turkey, the OMODA 7 was previously showcased at JAECOO Turkey's first anniversary event. Developed with the design philosophy of "Art in Motion," the model stands out with its X-shaped front, frameless parametric grille, LED headlights, coupe-style roofline, and 3D LED taillights.
Inside, the 15.6-inch Star-Track sliding screen, which makes a difference in its segment, draws attention. The screen allows for more flexible use of information and entertainment between the driver and front passenger with a simple hand gesture.
Technical specifications of OMODA 7 are as follows:

The model, offered with a 1.6 turbo engine and 7-speed dual-clutch transmission, produces 145 horsepower and 275 Nm of torque.

THE RENEWED OMODA 5 IS ALSO COMING
The renewed OMODA 5, which is heading to Turkey along with the OMODA 7, continues the brand's "Art in Motion" design language. The diamond-patterned matrix grille inspired by the virtual world gives the model a more futuristic appearance.
The model features 7 airbags and 19 advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS). Inside, there is a 12.3-inch digital instrument display and a 12.3-inch multimedia screen.

The engine, producing 145 horsepower and 275 Nm of torque, completes the 0-100 km/h acceleration in 10.1 seconds.
