BODY CAMERA FOOTAGE RELEASED Police body camera footage has been released showing the moments when Shamsud Din Jabbar, who is being investigated by the FBI for connections to ISIS, carried out the attack. The footage taken from Officer Luis Robles' body camera captures the moments when the assailant opened fire on the police.
