The heartbreaking incident occurred in the Cebike neighborhood of İskenderun district. Relatives of the Kökçü family, who lived on the 2nd floor of a 5-story building and had not heard from them, went to their home. When no one answered the door, the police were notified. After breaking down the door, police officers and relatives found the lifeless bodies of mother Kader Kökçü (35), and her children İsmail Ege (5), Elif Bilge (12), and Yiğit Efe (14).

FATHER TAKEN TO HOSPITAL

Father Emrah Kökçü was taken to the hospital after the initial intervention. While it was learned that the father's treatment was ongoing, the lifeless bodies of the mother and children were taken to the hospital morgue after the investigations at the scene.
