US President Biden addressed the American people live from the White House for the last time just days before the end of his four-year term.

Speaking from the Oval Office, Biden stated, "Over the past four years, our democracy has stood strong, and every day, I have fulfilled my commitment to be the president for all Americans during one of the most challenging times in our country's history."

We must ensure that artificial intelligence is safe and reliable for all humanity. The US, not China, should lead in artificial intelligence."
