Rüzgar Eser came to the house where his estranged wife lived in Kağıthane. During an argument that broke out between the parties, Rüzgar Eser wounded his wife with a gun and then began assaulting his sister-in-law and mother-in-law who were at the scene. As the fight escalated, the mother-in-law took a knife from the kitchen and stabbed Rüzgar Eser in the chest, killing him. While Eser's body was taken to the Forensic Medicine Institute morgue, his daughter, who was seriously injured by the gunshot, was taken to the hospital by ambulance.

HE POURED BULLETS ON HIS WIFE
The incident occurred around 15:30 in Çeliktepe Mahallesi. According to allegations, Rüzgar Eser (33), who was reportedly subject to a restraining order, came to the home of his wife Nurşin E. (28), whom he was in the process of divorcing. A quarrel between the two quickly escalated. Rüzgar Eser fired an unlicensed gun he had with him, injuring his wife Nurşin E. in the neck, cheek, and chin.
MOTHER-IN-LAW KILLED SON-IN-LAW WITH A KNIFE
Following this, Rüzgar Eser began assaulting his sister-in-law Betül E. (32) and her mother Delal A. (58), who were at home during the incident. As the fight escalated, Delal A. took a knife from the kitchen and stabbed Rüzgar Eser in the chest.
SERIOUSLY INJURED WOMAN TAKEN TO HOSPITAL
Upon reports from bystanders, police and medical teams arrived at the scene. Medical teams determined that Rüzgar Eser had died at the scene. Seriously injured Nurşin E. was taken to Seyrantepe Hamidiye Training and Research Hospital after initial intervention.
COUPLE HAD A 4-YEAR-OLD DAUGHTER
During the police investigation at the scene, the unlicensed handgun believed to have been used in the attack was found in the house. Investigations revealed that Rüzgar Eser had a criminal record for 'Threat', 'Insult', and 'Property damage', while Nurşin E. had records for 'Threat' and 'Insult'. It was also learned that the couple had a 4-year-old daughter. The body of Rüzgar Eser, killed by his mother-in-law with a knife, was taken to the Forensic Medicine Institute morgue after the scene investigation. An investigation into the incident has been initiated.
