In Caferiye Neighborhood, the truck with license plate 06 FJR 843, driven by K.S., started moving with its dump bed open after unloading the soil it was carrying.
DETACHED DUMP BED REMAINED HANGING ON THE OVERPASS
The dump bed, which broke off the truck after hitting an overpass along the route, remained stuck on the overpass.
