In the Cizre district of Şırnak, Mehmet Emin Akman lost his life and Halit Akyel was injured after being trapped under the bucket of a work machine at a repair workshop.
In the Cizre district of Şırnak, during the repair of a construction machine, 35-year-old Mehmet Emin Akman lost his life after being trapped under the shovel. The incident occurred yesterday afternoon in a repair workshop in Cumhuriyet Mahallesi. According to claims, during the repair process, an accident caused Mehmet Emin Akman and Halit Akyel to be trapped under the shovel and injured. Upon notification, the Cizre Municipality Fire Department, health teams, and police were dispatched to the address. Firefighters rescued the two individuals from their location.
INVESTIGATION LAUNCHED INTO THE ACCIDENT
After initial medical intervention, the injured were taken to Cizre Dr. Selahattin Cizrelioğlu State Hospital for treatment. Mehmet Emin Akman could not be saved despite doctors' efforts. Akman's body was taken to the morgue for autopsy.
The investigation into the accident continues.
