Former CHP Secretary General Önder Sav attended the CHP Group meeting for the first time in 16 years, showing support for Özgür Özel. Criticizing the administration of Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, who came to power through an absolute nullity decision, Sav stated that he does not accept the removal of elected bodies from office by judicial decision. Referring to Kılıçdaroğlu with the words, "You can sit by taking some power behind you," Sav argued that the CHP should be governed by an administration elected by its members and delegates.

AT THE CHP GROUP MEETING AFTER 16 YEARS
As leadership debates continue in the CHP following the nullity decision, the party's former Secretary General Önder Sav took a notable step.
Sav came to Parliament before the group meeting of CHP Chairman Özgür Özel and attended the group meeting for the first time in 16 years. Stating that this visit carried political significance, Sav argued that the CHP is being dragged into a crisis environment.
"I CANNOT RECONCILE MYSELF WITH THE REMOVAL OF ELECTED BODIES FROM OFFICE"
Recalling that he held various positions in the CHP for many years, Sav said he does not accept the removal of elected bodies emerging from congresses from office through a controversial court decision.
Emphasizing his legal background, Sav stated that a rooted party like the CHP cannot be managed based on a decision he considers contrary to law.
"A MANAGEMENT THAT CANNOT WIN THE HEARTS OF THE PARTY BASE CANNOT SUCCEED"
Sav noted that a management lacking the support of the CHP base and voters cannot effectively run the party.
Pointing to the Eid greeting rally held in Ankara as an example, Sav argued that recent developments clearly reveal the stance of the party base.
A NOTABLE MESSAGE TO KILIÇDAROĞLU
Önder Sav's most striking remarks were directed at Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu. Without naming him, Sav targeted Kılıçdaroğlu, saying: "You can sit in a place by gaining power behind you. History progresses through the struggle of the unjustly powerful and those who believe in just law. Those who achieve success are always the just. The unjustly powerful have never been seen to succeed in history."
"ONE DAY THE ELECTED MANAGEMENT WILL COME TO POWER"
Sav argued that the will of party members and delegates will prevail at the end of the debates within the CHP, calling on party members not to lose hope.
Stating that members and delegates will again decide the future of the CHP, Sav said, "One day, the management chosen by them will govern the Republican People's Party."
