Stunning details have emerged in the massive investigation targeting AHBAP Association and Haluk Levent. The billions of liras in suspicious money flow revealed in reports prepared by MASAK and the Tax Inspection Board, 100 title deed registrations made under the name of an individual with no official ties to the association, and comments in bank transfers such as 'Haluk Levent urgent promissory note payment,' 'loan repayment,' and 'debt for Haluk' have become among the most striking pieces of evidence in the case file that led to the detention of 42 people.
Details of the reports by MASAK and the Tax Inspection Board (VDK) are coming to light in the extensive investigation into AHBAP Association and its founder Haluk Levent. The investigation, which led to the detention of 42 people on the orders of the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, is scrutinizing millions of liras in money flow and suspicious real estate purchases mentioned in the case file.
BILLIONS OF LIRAS IN DIZZYING ACCOUNT TRAFFIC
The inspection report meticulously prepared by the Tax Inspection Board (VDK) revealed the dizzying activity in accounts linked to the association. According to the data in the report, a transaction volume of billions of liras was detected over the last three years in the accounts under scrutiny.
Accordingly, it was alleged that in these accounts, a massive money flow of approximately 5 billion liras occurred in 2024, 10 billion liras in 2025, and over 4 billion liras until the first half of 2026.
100 TITLE DEED RECORDS IN THE NAME OF A PERSON WITH NO OFFICIAL DUTY
One of the most striking parts of the investigation involved real estate purchases and sales. According to allegations in the report, an individual named Y.K., who has no official position or record within the AHBAP Association, was found to be operating like a real estate giant on behalf of Ahbap Logistics. It was determined that Y.K. carried out a total of 100 different title deed transactions—45 in 2025 and 55 in 2026.
Additionally, it was found that approximately 23 million liras were transferred to this person's account in 2024 "for sending to AHBAP," while about 105 million liras in cash entered the account of M.S.K., who is stated to be Haluk Levent's manager.
EFT CODES: DEBT, LOAN, URGENT PROMISSORY NOTE CLOSURE
According to news from tv100, one of the most important pieces of evidence altering the course of the investigation was the suspicious EFT and money transfer descriptions in bank account transactions. In the transfer descriptions meticulously analyzed by MASAK, the following phrases drew attention, indicating personal debt relationships far beyond donation and humanitarian aid activities:
Haluk Levent's urgent promissory note closure fee
Haluk Levent debt closure
Loan given for use in Ahbap activities
Debt for Haluk / Debt for Hlk
Loan repayment
Haluk Levent borrowed money
FINANCIAL RELATIONSHIP NETWORK MAPPED OUT
The Financial Crimes Investigation Board (MASAK) compiled all these complex money transfers involved in the investigation into a massive "Account Activity Chart" to clarify the roles of the leaders and intermediary figures, and submitted it to the judicial authorities.
