The Adana Chief Public Prosecutor's Office denied the claims spread on social media regarding the footage of 3.9 million lira seized in the Alparslan Kuytul investigation, which alleged that 'It belongs to another operation carried out in Eskişehir. It is a slander against Alparslan Kuytul.' It was announced that the money was found in the home of Muhammet Yasin Birer, who was responsible for the organization's internet and social media operations.
Within the scope of the investigation conducted by the Adana Chief Public Prosecutor's Office against the Alparslan Kuytul Criminal Organization, a search and seizure operation was carried out.
"CLAIMS DO NOT REFLECT THE TRUTH"
According to information obtained from judicial authorities, it was reported that the statements of Semra Kuytul, one of the administrators of the organization, such as "The hitman and slanderer media edited images that do not belong to our house to create the impression that a large amount of money and gold came out of our house," and the claims on some social media accounts that "The images belong to another operation carried out in Eskişehir. It is a slander against Alparslan Kuytul" do not reflect the truth.
MONEY AMOUNTING TO 3 MILLION 900 THOUSAND LIRAS CAME OUT OF THE RESIDENCE OF THE ORGANIZATION'S SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
It was learned that the images subject to the posts do not belong to another operation carried out in Eskişehir, but to one of the search operations conducted within the scope of the Alparslan Kuytul Criminal Organization investigation carried out by the Adana Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.
It was stated that the money, totaling approximately 3 million 900 thousand liras including foreign currencies, was not found in Alparslan Kuytul's residence, but was seized during a search conducted at the residence of Muhammet Yasin Birer, the organization's internet and social media manager, within the scope of the investigation.
THE SEARCH REPORT AND IMAGES ARE ALSO IN THE FILE
It was stated that the address where the money was seized, the amount, and the details of the search operation were recorded with judicial search reports, and the images related to the search were also in the investigation file.
It was noted that the posts claiming that "The images were taken from another operation in Eskişehir" do not reflect the truth, and it was also recorded that there is no determination that the money was seized at Alparslan Kuytul's house.
It was emphasized that all evidence obtained within the scope of the investigation is being evaluated by judicial authorities and that the work is being carried out in a multi-faceted manner.
