A new decision was made regarding the companies Tera and Pusula Portföy in the fund investigation. The operations of both companies have been temporarily suspended. All other funds of both companies, except for extraordinary liquidation, have also been transferred to İş and Ziraat.
As developments unfolded one after another within the scope of the fund investigation, the Capital Markets Board (CMB) issued new decisions. In the latest bulletin published by the CMB, details closely concerning Tera Portfolio Management Inc. and Pusula Portfolio Management Inc. were included.
TEMPORARY SUSPENSION DECISION FOR THE ACTIVITIES OF TERA AND PUSULA
According to the decision, the capital market activities of both companies were temporarily suspended pursuant to the first paragraph of Article 97 of the Capital Markets Law No. 6362.
It was also decided to liquidate the investment funds, real estate investment funds, and venture capital investment funds founded by the two companies, excluding those whose liquidation had been ordered by the CMB decisions dated September 17, 2026.
İŞ BANKASI AND ZİRAAT ASSIGNED
The CMB also assigned two banks for the liquidation of the funds. Türkiye İş Bankası will be responsible for the liquidation of Tera funds. Ziraat Bankası, on the other hand, will carry out the liquidation process for Pusula Portfolio funds. Thus, the liquidation process was also initiated for funds other than those for which a liquidation decision had previously been taken.
Meanwhile, on September 17, 2026, the Capital Markets Board had decided on the liquidation of certain funds of seven portfolio management companies, including Tera Portfolio and Pusula Portfolio. The Board had authorized Türkiye İş Bankası for Tera Portfolio and Ziraat Bankası for the other six companies, including Pusula Portfolio, to carry out the liquidation processes of the funds in question.
