With the collective labor agreement signed at Dilovası Municipality, the minimum worker salary has been set at 47,000 TL. Workers celebrated the new contract by dancing the halay together with Mayor Ramazan Ömeroğlu.
The ongoing negotiations between Dilovası Municipality and DİSK General-İş Union have concluded with the signing of the agreement. The contract was signed by Mayor Ramazan Ömeroğlu and DİSK General-İş Union Kocaeli Branch President Vedat Küçük at a ceremony held at the Municipality Cultural Center. With this agreement, the lowest worker salary at Dilovası Municipality has become 47,000 TL. After the signing, the staff experienced great joy. The workers celebrated the new contract by dancing the halay with Mayor Ramazan Ömeroğlu and the participants.
"WE HAVE SUCCESSFULLY CONCLUDED OUR FIRST CONTRACT"
Vedat Küçük, in his speech at the ceremony, thanked Mayor Ramazan Ömeroğlu and those who contributed, stating, "We are excited. We have successfully concluded our first contract with our dear Mayor. Our dear Mayor has truly shown a clear stance in favor of labor at the table. Our Mayor went beyond the draft. He specifically said about our friends working in the field, 'We know their efforts; they deserve more.' Right now, he has allocated a significant share to the workers at Dilovası Municipality, he has allocated it to you."

Dilovası Mayor Ramazan Ömeroğlu stated, "I am a worker like you. I am one of those who appreciate labor and hard work. For years, I have both worked and employed staff. In short, I understand the situation. During this period, I aimed to manage Dilovası together with you and I am looking for the best ways to manage it. I see this energy with you. I am happy to be with you. I believe that together we will serve Dilovası in the best way. We are a team. We all share the same district, the same streets," he said.
