The ongoing negotiations between Dilovası Municipality and DİSK General-İş Union have concluded with the signing of the agreement. The contract was signed by Mayor Ramazan Ömeroğlu and DİSK General-İş Union Kocaeli Branch President Vedat Küçük at a ceremony held at the Municipality Cultural Center. With this agreement, the lowest worker salary at Dilovası Municipality has become 47,000 TL. After the signing, the staff experienced great joy. The workers celebrated the new contract by dancing the halay with Mayor Ramazan Ömeroğlu and the participants.

Vedat Küçük, in his speech at the ceremony, thanked Mayor Ramazan Ömeroğlu and those who contributed, stating, "We are excited. We have successfully concluded our first contract with our dear Mayor.
