With presidential decisions, certain properties will be expropriated urgently within the scope of energy projects in various provinces of Turkey. The expropriation of the necessary areas for the wind power generation facility in Adıyaman and the natural gas distribution facility in Eskişehir has been decided.
Some properties will be expropriated urgently for energy projects to be carried out in various provinces of Turkey. Presidential decisions regarding the matter have been published in the Official Gazette.
FIRST STEP IN ADIYAMAN AND ESKİŞEHİR
Accordingly, the properties located in Adıyaman, which are listed in the attached list for the construction of the R3-Adıyaman-1 RES electricity generation facility, and the property with parcel number 201, 21 in the Camikebir neighborhood of Mihalıççık district in Eskişehir, which is needed for the construction of a natural gas distribution facility, will be urgently expropriated by the Energy Market Regulatory Authority to be registered in the name of the Treasury.
REGULATION FOR POWER PLANT IN MANİSA
The properties affected by the routes determined for the displacement of the poles numbered 179-182 of the 400 kilovolt Soma-Manisa Energy Transmission Line and the poles numbered 75-79 of the 400 kilovolt Aliağa II-Manisa Energy Transmission Line will be urgently expropriated by the General Directorate of Turkish Electricity Transmission Corporation, with pole locations as ownership and conductor swing envelopes established as easement rights.
Additionally, the properties affected by the routes shown in the attached list and maps for the construction of energy transmission lines will be urgently expropriated by the General Directorate of Turkish Electricity Distribution Corporation, with electricity distribution facility locations as ownership and safety zones of the lines established as easement rights.
ROUTE STUDY FOR NATURAL GAS IN SİNOP
For the implementation of the Ayancık District Natural Gas Pipeline Project, the properties affected by the route shown in the attached map, as well as the fixed facilities, access roads, energy transmission lines, cathodic protection lines, and anode beds to be constructed within the scope of the Project, will be urgently expropriated by the General Directorate of Pipeline and Petroleum Transportation Corporation, either as ownership or by establishing permanent/temporary easement rights.
