STATEMENT FROM THE PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE
In a written statement from the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, it was stated that a report was received following the testimonies of witnesses who provided statements regarding the money counting footage in the Republican People's Party, indicating that İmamoğlu and many others forced businessmen to give money, gained unfair profits by collaborating with some businessmen, and laundered the money obtained from the crime by using 'secret cash' civil individuals in the transfer and collection of money through transactions made via pawn individuals.
"THEY REPORTED THEIR REQUESTS TO THE POLICE AND THE PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE"
Fevzi Çakır, the Ankara Representative of Ciner Media Group, made striking claims regarding the events during a live broadcast on Habertürk. Çakır stated that there are those among the detainees who want to become informants, saying, "Let me share important information I obtained from prosecutor's office sources. I have received information that some of the names currently detained want to become informants and have reported their requests to the police and the prosecutor's office. It is likely that the statements these individuals will provide during the interrogation will be extremely important in the context of the investigation.
