The Ministry initiated an investigation into Eligül, who responded to CHP member Umut Akdoğan on social media with 'Shut up, man.' The statement said, 'A civil inspector has been assigned as part of the investigation. Additionally, Muharrem Eligül has been appointed as a legal advisor to the Edirne Governorate.'

GOVERNORSHIP: NECESSARY REVIEW INITIATED The Ankara Governorship had initiated an investigation into the post by the Ayaş District Governorate. In a statement from the Governorship, the following expressions were included: "A necessary review has been initiated by our Governorship regarding the statement made via social media by the District Governorate concerning an incident that occurred within the scope of the April 23 celebration programs in our district of Ayaş. Respectfully announced to the public."
