B.T., who was reported to have three blocked arteries and urgently needed an angiogram, was referred to a private hospital in Bakırköy. While on the operating table for the angiogram, a person identified as the hospital's accountant negotiated the stent price with B.T. It is reported that this person told the patient, "There are options for 15, 18, and 35. The lowest I can do is 10."
DECISION TO SEAL BY THE PROVINCIAL HEALTH DIRECTORATE
After the footage emerged, teams from the Istanbul Provincial Health Directorate went to the private healthcare institution and prepared a report, and following inspections, the angiography unit was sealed.
