NOT IN THE KAYSERİ SQUAD
Barış Alper Yılmaz, who has not participated in training with his team for the last 4 days, was also absent from the last training session before the match against Kayserispor. The national player continued his individual workouts in the gym. Accordingly, the 25-year-old star was not included in the squad for the match his team will play against Kayserispor.

"Today, the news on a YouTube channel's X account stating that 'Barış Alper Yılmaz has been indefinitely excluded from the squad' is completely unfounded. Such news harms both our player and our club, and it is impossible to understand what motivation drives such reports.
Barış Alper Yılmaz is a great asset for Galatasaray due to his affiliation and determination on the field. The reason he is not included in the squad for the Kayserispor match is a joint decision by our technical staff and management to ensure that this process does not burden him further. This decision is solely aimed at protecting our player, and there is absolutely no situation of him being excluded from the squad. In this period where misinformation spreads rapidly, we believe that the valuable members of the press will show the necessary sensitivity to inform the public correctly."
