Israel has carried out attacks in five different countries in the last 24 hours: Syria, Tunisia, Qatar, Lebanon, and Yemen. While these moves escalate regional tensions, Israeli Defense Minister Yisrael Katz issued a threat that Gaza would be turned into ruins if Hamas does not release the hostages. Following this threat, Israel began to destroy high-rise buildings in Gaza with airstrikes.
Israel has drawn attention with attacks carried out in five different countries in the last 24 hours. Syria, Tunisia, Qatar, Lebanon, and open seas were among the targeted areas.
MILITARY POINTS TARGETED IN SYRIA
The first attack was carried out in Syria. Israel struck the air defense unit in Homs, missile and ammunition depots in Latakia, and radar units in Palmyra.
DRONE ATTACK ON FLEET OFF TUNISIA
On the morning of September 9, a ship belonging to the Global Sumud Fleet was attacked by a drone off the coast of Tunisia. While the flagship of the fleet, "Family Boat," was reported to be damaged, it was stated that it was carrying essential supplies such as medicine, baby food, and food.
HAMAS MEETING TARGETED IN QATAR
On the same day, a meeting attended by Hamas leaders was targeted in Doha, the capital of Qatar. In the attack that targeted officials including Musa Abu Marzuk and Khaled Mashal, Hamas announced that there were no casualties. Additionally, the Hamas office near Al Udeid Air Base was also included in Israel's attack list.
HEAVY BLOW TO HEZBOLLAH IN LEBANON
On September 8, Israeli planes targeted the "Ridwan" structure affiliated with Hezbollah in eastern and southern Lebanon. Camps and ammunition depots in the Bekaa Valley, bases in the Hermel region, and points around Al Qasr and Al Qusayr were subjected to intense bombardment.
NEW THREAT FROM KATZ
Following these consecutive attacks, Israeli Defense Minister Yisrael Katz threatened that if Hamas does not agree to release all Israeli captives and disarm, they would turn the city of Gaza into ruins.

STARTED HITTING BUILDINGS AFTER THE THREAT
The Tel Aviv administration began to demolish high-rise buildings where most displaced Palestinians took refuge in the city of Gaza, preparing for ground attacks, with airstrikes. Due to Israel's airstrikes, many high-rise buildings that are symbols of the city were destroyed in Gaza. According to Palestinian sources, as a result of the strikes on these buildings, more than 4,000 people became homeless within a few days.
Since October 7, 2023, at least 64,605 Palestinians have lost their lives, and 163,319 others have been injured in the attacks carried out by Israel on the Gaza Strip.
