A tip received in the Alihan Kuris Criminal Organization investigation opened the door to a new evidence repository. Following the tip that reached the Antalya Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, a judicial search was conducted at an address in Kepez, where account statements, lists created under the name of 'donations', bank passbooks, financial documents, and meeting minutes were seized in 37 folders. It was determined that the person who brought the documents to the house was Mehmet Akay, an employee of the Yesilbayir Science and Culture Service Association.
A new development has occurred in the investigation into the criminal organization for profit led by Alihan Kuriş. An intelligence report received by the Antalya Chief Public Prosecutor's Office led to the seizure of numerous financial documents and files considered to be linked to the organization's activities.
Following the evaluation of the intelligence, the residence and its annexes of Ramazan Bayen in Kirişçiler Neighborhood, Kepez district of Antalya, were placed under scrutiny. In the operation carried out on August 25, 2026, pursuant to a judicial search warrant, what could be described as the organization's financial archive was seized from the house.
37 FOLDERS FULL OF FINANCIAL DOCUMENTS
During the searches, numerous financial and organizational documents were seized within 37 separate folders. The folders contained receipts related to account transactions, lists created under the name of "donations," bank passbooks, various financial documents, and meeting minutes.
All of the documents and records were confiscated in order to analyze the organization's financial structure and money movements.
"DONATION" LISTS UNDER SCRUTINY
Among the seized materials, one of the most striking items was the lists kept under the name of "donations." Investigation units began examining the connections between the individuals, payments, and records on the lists and the bank receipts and other financial documents.
The fact that bank passbooks and receipts related to account transactions were also found within the same archive increased the importance of the seized documents regarding the organization's financial network.
THE PERSON WHO BROUGHT THE DOCUMENTS TO THE HOUSE WAS IDENTIFIED
In the continuation of the investigation, it was also investigated how the financial archive of 37 folders was brought to the address in question. Through the work conducted, it was determined that the person who brought the financial documents to the residence was Mehmet Akay, an employee of the Yeşilbayır Science and Culture Service Association.
Following this determination, a detailed examination of the seized documents began with the aim of revealing the relationships between the association, individuals and organizations linked to the criminal organization, and financial movements.
MEETING MINUTES ALSO SEIZED
The search yielded not only financial records but also meeting minutes. It is being investigated within the scope of the investigation whether these minutes have any connection to the organization's activities, decision-making mechanism, individuals attending meetings, and financial processes.
The prosecution continues its efforts to compare the information contained in the documents with the financial and judicial data previously obtained within the scope of the investigation.
THE ORGANIZATION'S MONEY NETWORK WILL BE DECIPHERED THROUGH THE DOCUMENTS
The seized archive of 37 folders is expected to constitute a significant body of evidence in revealing the financial resources, linked individuals and organizations, and money movements of the Alihan Kuriş Criminal Organization.
In the investigation conducted by the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, it is aimed to examine the documents one by one and uncover the true nature of the money movements recorded as "donations," the traffic between bank accounts, and the organization's connections.
The latest operation, initiated by the incoming intelligence, has further deepened the investigation into the financial wing of the Kuriş structure with new documents and records.
