It has been claimed that Oktay Saral, one of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan's chief advisors, has been dismissed. An allegation emerged that a surprising duty change took place at the Presidential Complex. While it was claimed that Presidential Chief Advisor Oktay Saral was dismissed, the Azerbaijan detail drew attention.

CLAIM THAT PRESIDENT ERDOĞAN'S CHIEF ADVISOR WAS DISMISSED

A striking claim about one of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan's chief advisors, Oktay Saral, came to the agenda. Journalist Fuat Uğur, stating that he heard Presidential Chief Advisor Saral had been dismissed, expressed that he was saddened by the development. Journalist Uğur claimed that the decision was behind Presidential Chief Advisor Saral's statements regarding the dress code regulation in Azerbaijan. There is not yet any official confirmation regarding the dismissal of Presidential Chief Advisor Oktay Saral.

"I HEARD THAT DEAR OKTAY SARAL WAS DISMISSED"

In the statement in which the dismissal allegation regarding the Presidential Chief Advisor was raised, Journalist Fuat Uğur used the following expressions: "I heard that dear Oktay Saral was dismissed. He is one of the presidential advisors I sympathize with. I was very upset. Undoubtedly, interests and relations between states should be evaluated away from personal context, but one of the parties to these relations should not have personalized the issues either. If it is being said because he is someone from within the state, then after reading that Turkey commentary published by the Azerbaijan State Agency, Turkey also has the right to request the dismissal of the person at the head of that agency."

WHAT HAD HAPPENED?

In Azerbaijan, within the framework of new rules covering primary, middle, and high schools, veiled students and teachers had not been admitted to schools. In a statement made on October 13, Presidential Chief Advisor Oktay Saral said, "The obstruction of the right to education of headscarved students in Azerbaijan is unacceptable! In this age, such an understanding must never be allowed!"
