An investigation has been launched regarding Samet Elvan, the director of the Sivas Teachers' House, following allegations that he employed public personnel in the construction of his ongoing villa and invoiced some expenses to the Teachers' House. The governor's office has assigned inspectors to initiate an examination.

Following the images shared on social media regarding Samet Elvan, the director of the Sivas Teacher's House and Evening Art School, the Sivas Governorship took action.
ALLEGATION OF "EMPLOYING PUBLIC PERSONNEL AT HIS VILLA"
In the footage claimed to be taken by individuals who assert they are staff of the Teacher's House, it is alleged that public personnel were employed at the villa, which is said to belong to Elvan, and that some expenses were billed to the Teacher's House.
GOVERNORSHIP TOOK ACTION
After the release of the footage, the Sivas Governorship initiated an administrative investigation and assigned an inspector to the case.
In the footage that led to the investigation, a vehicle with official plates is seen in front of the villa construction site, and individuals identifying themselves as staff of the Teacher's House are observed working at the construction site.
