I even kept watch in front of my mother's door to prevent him from harming her. Murat constantly dressed me in my mother's underwear and sexually assaulted me that way," he stated.

My brother separated me from my girlfriend because he was using me like his wife. My brother Murat would always come at me with a knife. On the day of the incident, he attacked me with a knife. He pulled down my clothes, and I pushed him away with my hand. At that moment, he swung the knife at me, I grabbed his wrist, and as he quickly pulled his hand towards himself, the knife came to his throat," he said. After the defendant's defense, the mother H. The victim called me before, he was drunk and crying. He always referred to my brother Mert as 'our father's legacy.'
