The motion prepared for the lifting of the legislative immunity of CHP Aydın Deputy Hüseyin Yıldız, DEM Party Mardin Deputy Kamuran Tanhan, İYİ Party Antep Deputy Mehmet Mustafa Gürban, and Independent Istanbul Deputy Cemal Enginyurt has been submitted to the Presidency of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey and referred to the Joint Committee.
The Presidential Decrees on the Lifting of Legislative Immunity for CHP, DEM Party, and İYİ Party members, as well as an independent member of parliament, were submitted to the Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM). The decrees were referred by the Speaker's Office to the Joint Committee composed of members of the Constitutional and Justice Commissions.
