In the investigation of the Narin Güran murder, the prosecutor's office concluded that little Narin was murdered in a room of her own home based on the DNA results obtained from the evidence found at the house.

In the investigation regarding the murder of 8-year-old Narin Güran in Diyarbakır, the chief prosecutor's office has reached new findings. It has been confirmed that Narin Güran was strangled to death shortly after returning home at 15:15 on August 21 in Tavşantepe Village, Diyarbakır.

According to a report by Halk TV, based on the information obtained by the investigation prosecutors, it was determined that various methods were used to destroy many pieces of evidence in the house, and that items, clothes, and carpets were washed using special methods. Despite efforts to eliminate all evidence in the house, it was learned that DNA detections were made on some items.

Based on the findings and evidence obtained, the Diyarbakır Chief Public Prosecutor's Office concluded that Narin was strangled to death just a few minutes after returning home on August 21.

RE-INTERROGATION WILL BE CONDUCTED

As part of the investigation into Narin Güran conducted by the Diyarbakır Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, it was learned that the narrowed HTS records obtained from the GSM operators of the phone numbers used by the 12 individuals who were arrested as suspects and the others who were released pending trial have been completed by experts, and many pieces of information have become clearer.

IT WAS DETERMINED THAT SALIM GÜRAN ENTERED AND EXITED THE HOUSE 3 TIMES

According to the obtained narrowed HTS records, it was determined that detained uncle Salim Güran was at his brother Arif Güran's house before Narin arrived at 15:15, and that he was there when Narin arrived, and that he left the house shortly after, entering and exiting at least 3 times.

PHONE CALLS BETWEEN THE MOTHER AND THE UNCLE

It was also determined that there were 3 phone calls between mother Yüksel Güran and Salim Güran between 15:20 and 15:35. According to the information obtained from the narrowed HTS records of the aunts Hediye Güran, Maşallah Güran, and Nevzat Bahtiyar, it was revealed that the first person to arrive at the house where Arif Güran was located shortly after Narin was murdered at 15:15 was aunt Hediye Güran, followed by Nevzat Bahtiyar and Maşallah Güran arriving shortly after.

AUNT HAS ENTERED AND EXITED NARIN'S HOUSE MULTIPLE TIMES

It was determined that Maşallah Güran and Hediye Güran visited Arif Güran's house multiple times between 15:15 and 19:00, and that water usage in the house was above the established standards.

It was learned that the examinations and findings conducted by expert teams on the HTS records of the suspects have been completed, and based on the results obtained, it was decided to re-interrogate the detained and suspect individuals. It was learned that the investigation prosecutors will first interrogate the 12 detained suspects. However, no information has been provided yet regarding when the interrogations will take place.

12 LAWYERS WILL DEFEND THE GÜRAN FAMILY

A total of 12 individuals, including 9 members of the Güran family who were arrested in the Narin investigation, will be defended by a team of lawyers. According to the information received, it was learned that the Güran family has so far given power of attorney to 12 lawyers. It was reported that the 12 lawyers representing the Güran family visited the prison yesterday for a group meeting with their clients, and due to this meeting, many other meetings in the prison were disrupted. It was noted that many lawyers from different provinces and Diyarbakır were kept waiting to meet their clients in the Diyarbakır T-type prison due to the Güran family's meetings, and that this practice was implemented for the safety of the detained Güran family suspects.
