With the interim decision in the 402-defendant İBB case, Ekrem İmamoğlu's Chief of Staff Kadriye Kasapoğlu was also released. While Kasapoğlu and 17 others were set free, a travel ban was imposed on the released individuals.

A provisional decision was announced in the case involving 402 defendants against the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (İBB). A release order was issued for 18 individuals, including Kadriye Kasapoğlu, the Chief of Staff of Ekrem İmamoğlu, who is among those being tried in custody.

RELEASE ORDER FOR 18 PEOPLE 

The court panel ruled for the release of the 18 defendants who were detained in the case. Among those released is Kadriye Kasapoğlu, the Chief of Staff of İBB President Ekrem İmamoğlu, who was suspended from his position. 

In addition to Kasapoğlu, the list of those released includes names such as Sırrı Küçük, Fatih Yağcı, Ali Üner, Evren Şiroğlu, and Altan Ertürk.

TRAVEL BAN IMPOSED 

A judicial control measure in the form of a travel ban was decided for the released defendants. It was reported that the decision was made unanimously by the court panel.
