The president of Kayserispor, one of the teams in the Trendyol Super League, Ali Çamlı, announced his resignation after the match in which they lost 5-1 to Galatasaray.

Speaking after the match, Ali Çamlı announced that he resigned at the request of the fans. In his statement, Ali Çamlı said, "I am resigning! Let those who shout 'resign' come and manage the team."

During the second half of the match between Kayserispor and Galatasaray, the home team's stands became chaotic.
Some Kayserispor fans entered the field from behind the goal defended by Fernando Muslera in the second half, causing the game to stop. One of the fans who entered the field tried to take a photo with Muslera, while another attempted to attack the fan who wanted to take a photo. Security personnel intervened and removed both fans from the field. It was also observed that there was a dispute in the Kayserispor stands during these moments.
Meanwhile, Kayserispor fans chanted "Management resign" after Galatasaray's third goal. The Kayserispor-Galatasaray match was paused for about 5 minutes due to the incidents and then resumed.
