Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, who returned to the Republican People's Party (CHP) chairmanship amid controversy following the court's "absolute nullity" decision, made a scathing statement on his social media account. Directly targeting Özgür Özel and his team, Kılıçdaroğlu said, "The CHP is not your playground, nor is it the playground of those trying to buy delegates at tables; it is the will of independence of the Turkish Nation and the Turkish State," completely severing ties within the party.

Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, who regained the CHP chairmanship through a judicial decision, launched a major offensive against internal party opposition and Özgür Özel and his team. Posting a very harsh manifesto on social media referring to the congress process and delegate negotiations, Kılıçdaroğlu made serious allegations against Özgür Özel and his team.

Emphasizing that the CHP is the independence will of the Turkish nation and state, Kılıçdaroğlu addressed Özgür Özel and his team, saying that those who try to weigh them down with artificial agendas and salon politics must first account for their own historical burdens. Continuing his tough statements with an emphasis on merit, Kılıçdaroğlu said, "We will remove that rubble and restore merit and a principled stance to the state."

Claiming that Turkey has been turned into a side dish for regional crises, Kılıçdaroğlu emphasized that they will not allow the Republic of Turkey to be cornered in any geography. Kılıçdaroğlu concluded his salvos against Özgür Özel and his team with these strong words:
"We are the very embodiment of the nationalist and public-oriented stance that says 'Turkey First' so that not a single soldier of this country sheds blood and Turkey's reputation does not falter. Our word, extending from the Middle East to the Caucasus, from Asia to Europe, and from the Altai Mountains to the Danube, is spoken not with others' permission but with this nation's own strength. You cannot corner the Republic of Turkey in any geography watered with the blood of our martyrs, where we have emotional ties."
