Famous singer Seda Sayan called on women to protect their economic freedom. Saying that they should not give up their own lives for the sake of marrying a rich person, Sayan said, 'Even if he is very rich, do not quit your job, work. What comes from him will be a bonus for you.'
Seda Sayan called on women to work and earn their own money, stating that women should live without being financially dependent on anyone. Emphasizing that marrying a rich person is not a guarantee on its own, Sayan advised women not to give up their professions and jobs.

Saying that women should keep their economic freedom in their own hands, Sayan said, “Girls, women; work. Because the world can turn in a thousand different ways. Don't just park your butt somewhere.”
Noting that she has witnessed different examples in her life, Sayan said she had seen women who married into very wealthy families but later struggled to pay even their children's school installments.
“Instead of chasing a rich man, chase ‘How can I succeed myself, how can I earn my money, how can I climb?’ Earn your own money,” she called out to women.

Emphasizing that women should not withdraw from working life because of marriage or a relationship, Sayan drew attention to how difficult it can be for women who leave their jobs to start again.
“Don’t give up your job and work for anyone either. I say these things because I have seen how hard it is for those who leave to start again later,” said Sayan, explaining the importance of economic security.
