As the countdown to Survivor 2027 continues, Acun Ilıcalı announced the format of the new season and the grand prize. The competition's two-time champions Turabi Çamkıran and Ogeday Girişken will face each other this time as the captains of rival teams. In the competition, where the Volunteers will compete under the leadership of these two names, the one who achieves victory will win a prize of exactly 10 million TL.
While the countdown continues for the new season of Survivor, one of the indispensable fixtures on screens, a statement from the show's producer and host Acun Ilıcalı heightened viewers' curiosity.
In the new season, two former champions of the competition will face off, and volunteer contestants will compete in the teams they captain.
TURABI AND OGEDAY WILL BE TEAM CAPTAINS
Turabi Çamkıran and Ogeday Girişken, who have each won the championship twice before on Survivor, will participate in the competition again in the 2027 season.
However, this time the two names will take on a different role. Turabi and Ogeday will captain the two teams that will be formed.
The volunteers who apply for the competition will fight for the championship in the teams of these two former champions.

One of the most striking innovations of Survivor 2027 was the cash prize to be awarded to the contestants.
This amount, announced by Acun as “the biggest prize in Turkish television history,” was set at 10 million TL.
