ORGANIZATION PROCESS AND CONFLICTS WITH RIVAL ORGANIZATIONS

Halil Ay, born in 1989 in the Yüreğir district of Adana, is believed to have entered the world of crime in his later years; he began trafficking narcotics there with his family;

In the following process, he led his family, entered into criminal organization formation, moved to Istanbul to increase drug trafficking, and financed his organization with illegal money earned through the drug network he established, especially in Bağcılar and Esenyurt districts, increasing his operational capacity;

During this period, as a result of conflicts between the Gündoğmuşlar and Anucurlar Armed Criminal Organizations, from whom Halil Ay procured narcotics, due to Halil Ay not paying the debt arising from past trades with the Gündoğmuşlar Armed Criminal Organization, and continuing only the drug trade with the Anucurlar Armed Criminal Organization, an attack was carried out by members of the Daltonlar Armed Criminal Organization, led by Barış Boyun, acting in conjunction with the Gündoğmuşlar Armed Criminal Organization, on Halil Ay on January 14, 2023, at around 04:10 on the Golden Horn Bridge. In this armed attack, an individual named Cumali Aslan, sitting in the vehicle where Halil Ay was present, was killed. Subsequently, Halil Ay went abroad illegally;

As a result of bilateral relations developed with Ferhat Delen, the leader of the Redkitler Armed Criminal Organization; the two criminal organizations acted together, and following instructions given to their respective organization members;

Emircan Yılmaz, known as 'Comrade Dalton', the manager of the Daltonlar Armed Criminal Organization, was killed in Georgia-Abkhazia on May 24, 2023;

In order to avenge Emircan Yılmaz, members of the Daltonlar Armed Criminal Organization identified the house of Halil Ay, who was a fugitive in France at the time, and as a result of an armed attack organized there, Halil Ay was killed;

It is assessed that after Halil Ay was killed, the leadership of the criminal organization he founded was assumed by his cousin, Abdurrahman Ay, born in 1990 in the Yüreğir district of Adana, who carried out actions on behalf of the organization and aimed to finance it.
