Negotiations have begun for the sale of the majority shares of Kervansaray Yatırım Holding, one of the established companies listed on Borsa Istanbul for many years. Zeynep Tümer, the company's major partner, has sat down at the table with the Dubai-based energy and agriculture company Oasis Prime - FZCO for the transfer of her 62.06% stake.
Founded in 1976 and among Turkey's well-known companies, Kervansaray Yatırım Holding's change of ownership process has become official.
In a statement made by the company to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), it was announced that Zeynep Tümer, who owns a 62.06% stake in the holding, equivalent to exactly 365 million 207 thousand 860 shares, has begun official negotiations with Oasis Prime - FZCO for the partial or complete transfer of these shares.
RECORD 375% SURGE IN SHARES IN SIX MONTHS
The recent performance of the company's shares traded on Borsa Istanbul, which came to the fore with the sales process, is noteworthy. Kervansaray Yatırım Holding shares were trading at 2 lira levels in February 2026. The share, which gained value rapidly in the approximately six months that followed, closed yesterday with a 9.29% premium at 9.50 lira. According to this picture, the company's share recorded a significant increase of 375% in just six months.
SALE SIZE COULD REACH 3.5 BILLION LIRAS
According to calculations based on the company's closing price of 9.50 lira yesterday, the potential financial size of the transfer process has also emerged. If Zeynep Tümer's shares were sold at the current price without any discount, the agreement is expected to reach a giant volume of approximately 3.5 billion liras.
DUBAI-BASED COMPANY IS THE BIDDER
Oasis Prime - FZCO, which is bidding for the majority shares of Kervansaray Yatırım Holding, stands out as an international company headquartered in Dubai. The Dubai-based company, which states that it operates with the principles of sustainability and innovation, is known to operate mainly in the agriculture and energy sectors.
