TEMPERATURES RISING IN ISTANBUL

The air temperatures are expected to be a maximum of 7 and a minimum of -4 degrees in Ankara; a maximum of 10 and a minimum of 2 degrees in Istanbul; and a maximum of 16 and a minimum of 4 degrees in Izmir.
YELLOW CODE WARNING FOR 3 PROVINCES
The General Directorate of Meteorology issued a yellow code warning for the provinces of Artvin, Rize, and Ardahan. Heavy snowfall is expected in the three cities.
