Deputy Chairman of the Nationalist Movement Party, Feti Yıldız, reacted strongly to election polls in a post he made on his X account.

Yıldız emphasized the unreliability of polls that are conducted in a way that can mislead and manipulate the public, arguing that such polls should have penalties.

"SHOULD BE PUNISHED"

In his message, Yıldız stated, "The crimes of fake products, counterfeit money, and fake license plates are subject to severe penalties under the Turkish Penal Code. Those who try to manipulate the public with fabricated figures, those who engage in manipulation, and company executives who profit from fake polls are no different from counterfeiters selling fake products or printing counterfeit money. There must be penalties for this."

"THE BILL WAS SUBMITTED TO THE GRAND NATIONAL ASSEMBLY MONTHS AGO"

MHP's Yıldız added at the end of his post, "Note for the curious: The bill prepared by the Nationalist Movement Party on this issue was submitted to the Presidency of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey months ago."
