"THE TARGET IS NOT THE RELIGIOUS SEGMENT, BUT THE ORGANIZATION'S TOP MANAGEMENT

Stating that the operation carried out did not cover large masses and directly targeted the top level of the structure, Minister Çiftçi emphasized that during the AK Party governments, religious and conservative segments were never targeted. SECRET COMMUNICATION NETWORK SIMILAR TO FETÖ'S BYLOCK: BLOOPER

Also touching on the technical details of the operation, the Minister of Interior announced that the organization's management used a special software named "Blooper" to ensure communication among themselves. It was determined that access to this system, which functioned as a secret communication network just like FETÖ's ByLock application, could only be gained after passing a three-stage security verification.

Stating that the organization had built a new headquarters building in Cologne, Germany, at a cost of 70 million euros, Çiftçi expressed that it was planned to move the activities to this new center.
