LEARNED THE CASE WAS CLOSED
Meryem Aydın, 58, who has been living in Antalya for many years, came to Samsun years after her father's death and made a statement in front of the Samsun Courthouse.
Aydın said that approximately 20 years after the murder, they received documents indicating that the case had been subject to statute of limitations and closed. She stated that only two days after this development, her mother, Ceyran Geyik, also died unable to bear the pain she had experienced.
"LET THEM FIND MY FATHER'S KILLER BEFORE I DIE"
