MISSILE ATTACK ON GAS STATION: 5 DEAD, 25 INJURED
In a statement made through the social media account of the Ukrainian National Police, it was stated that the Russian army carried out a missile attack on the city of Dnipro.
The statement noted that a gas station was targeted in the attack, saying, "5 people were killed and 25 people were injured in the attack."
EASTER CEASEFIRE
Russian President Vladimir Putin had decided last week to declare a ceasefire in Ukraine from 4:00 PM local time on April 11 until the end of April 12, on the occasion of the Orthodox Easter holiday.
While the Russian army halted its military actions on all fronts in Ukraine, Kyiv also decided to act in accordance with a mutual ceasefire.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy had previously called on Russia to declare a ceasefire due to the Easter holiday.
