The incident occurred at around 07:45 in the morning on Dr. Yusuf Azizoğlu Street in the Yenişehir district, targeting the Dicle University staff service bus, whose passengers were mostly healthcare workers. According to claims, an argument broke out after the service bus grazed a car, and it escalated when the occupants of the car blocked the bus's path.
