A 37-year-old person in Afyonkarahisar lost his life after being shot with a rifle in a fight that broke out between him and his 2 brothers-in-law, with whom he had argued for a reason not yet known. The 2 brothers who fled with the weapon after the incident were caught about 1 hour later at a relative's house and taken into custody. It has not yet been determined which of the brothers fired the rifle used in the murder.
In Afyonkarahisar, a 37-year-old brother-in-law was shot with a rifle by his brothers-in-law during a fight that broke out among relatives and lost his life.
THEY OPENED FIRE WITH A RIFLE
The incident occurred in the Işıklar town. According to the information obtained, a verbal argument broke out between Aykut K. and his brothers-in-law M.C. and S.C. for a reason not yet known. When the argument quickly grew and turned into a fight, M.C. and S.C. opened fire on Aykut K. with the rifle they had with them. Upon hearing the gunshots, nearby citizens reported the situation to the 112 Emergency Call Center. Following the report, numerous medical and gendarmerie teams were dispatched to the scene. Aykut K., who was seriously injured, was taken by ambulance to Çobanlar State Hospital after first aid at the scene, but despite the doctors' interventions there, he could not be saved and lost his life.

After the incident, the suspects M.C. and S.C., who fled with the weapon, were caught about 1 hour later at a relative's house in the Işıklar town. It was reported that the individuals taken into custody were taken to the gendarmerie station.
