It has been reported that Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu and Defense Minister Katz ordered the Israeli army, which continues its bombardments in southern Lebanon despite the ceasefire, to halt attacks but not to withdraw from occupied Lebanese territory. A security official stated that they will not withdraw from the areas they occupy in Lebanon, adding, 'If Hezbollah commits a violation, the Israeli army will respond harshly.'

ORDER NOT TO WITHDRAW FROM OCCUPIED TERRITORIES
According to a report by Israel's Channel 12 television, Prime Minister Netanyahu and Defense Minister Yisrael Katz issued new instructions to the Israeli army regarding attacks on Lebanon.
The report stated that Prime Minister Netanyahu and Defense Minister Yisrael Katz ordered the Israeli army to stop attacks on Lebanon but not to withdraw from occupied territories.

Meanwhile, following the reports, a senior Israeli security official threatened a harsh response if Hezbollah launches an attack.
Speaking to Israel's state television KAN, an unnamed security official stated that the policy regarding Lebanon has not changed, claiming that the Israeli army will continue to "eliminate threats in the region" despite the ceasefire.
The security official said they would not withdraw from the areas they occupied in Lebanon, adding, "If Hezbollah commits a violation, the Israeli army will respond harshly."
The security official also stated that the Israeli army attacked more than 300 targets in southern Lebanon over the past two days, despite the ceasefire and the US-Iran agreement.
INTENSE ATTACKS FROM ISRAEL ON SOUTHERN LEBANON
The Israeli army carried out air and artillery attacks on Nabatieh and surrounding towns in southern Lebanon since the night hours, despite the ceasefire and the US-Iran agreement.
Lebanon's Civil Defense Directorate announced that 28 people lost their lives in Israeli attacks on the southern cities of Nabatieh, Tyre, and Sidon.
An unnamed Israeli official speaking to the Israeli press announced that a new ceasefire with Hezbollah went into effect yesterday in Lebanon, where intense attacks were carried out despite the US-Iran agreement.
According to the agreement reached between Iran and the US, it was stated that a ceasefire would be implemented on all fronts including Lebanon, which caused reactions in Israel.
